Shipping

Ace of Space aims to ship your order within 24 - 48 hours after purchase of goods. We distribute to most New Zealand addresses from our distribution warehouses in Silverdale, Auckland or Christchurch. Once we receive your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Freight & Handling

Free delivery when you spend over $300.00 (North and South Island only - excludes rural delivery and all other islands within NZ). Free delivery does not apply to all oversized products i.e garage carpet, door insulation, aluminium edging, large slatwall, any product longer than 2.0m & all adhesives. If you purchase less than $300.00, delivery charges apply & price varies depending on the type of product purchased

Note: Oversized products are dispatched as general freight (Mainstream Transport) rather than by courier. Shipping for these items is calculated at the checkout based on what you require (i.e collection, delivery, rural delivery etc). 

Orders & Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability. If for any reason stock is not available for delivery within the usual delivery time we will contact you and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order. Delivery times stated for delivery is an estimate only and Ace of Space is not liable for any delay in delivery. Delivery of all goods will be deemed to be completed upon collection of the goods by you, or delivery of the goods to you by carrier.

Returns - Damaged Goods

If you see visible damage to any package, immediately open the package(s) in front of the carrier driver so that they can also see what might have been damaged. You should then note any damage on the delivery receipt. If you a received an item from the carrier that is damaged please refuse to except delivery and don't sign carrier paperwork. If you a received an item that is damaged on arrival, please contact us by email on the same day you receive package at: hello@aceofspace.co.nz to notify us of receipt of damaged goods and we’ll arrange the return of the item at our cost. If you can include a photo of the damaged package in your email this will help to speed up the process.
In the event that the product is received damaged, Ace of Space will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost to you.
Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and returns made by courier to:

Items returned by freight are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely. We recommend using tracked courier.

Returns - Defective Item

If you believe an item or component is defective, please email us at: hello@aceofspace.co.nz to notify us within two working days of receipt of delivery. At our discretion, we will replace the component or refund the item purchase price on return of the item.
Any refunds made will be credited back onto your original method of payment and refunded at the price you purchased them at excluding any shipping costs. This includes sale items.
We’ll notify you via e-mail once the returned product arrives back to us. Please allow 7 working days from this date for the refund to show in your account.
